As usual standard ,We carry out our control plan with 3 main steps.
1.First lot Inspection, PPAP is available according to customers’ request 2.Mass production Inspection.
3.Pre shipment Inspection.
Adopt and not limited to the following inspection equipments.
1.Spectrometer for chemical composition
2. Hardness tester.
3. Yield strength tester.
4. Impact strength tester.
5. CMM.
6 Go & No-go gage for mounting dimension
