CNC LATHE MACHINE CK6150ZX SPECIFICATION:
Model CK6140ZX is a CNC lathe controlled by a microcomputer and driven by servo motors. It is suitable for turning cylindrical and taper faces, boring, grooving and cutting threads (including taper threads).
Product features:
The machine adopts ISO International Code, Keyboard Manual Date Input, and it is also provided with program of power cut-off protection and the functions of automatic diagnosis, and with RS232 interface.
Longitudinal and cross feeds are effected by ball leadscrews .
Either vertical or horizontal 4 station or 6 station tool post or gang tools can be selected. The post is located on precision contrate gears with a high repeated positioning accuracy.
Hydraulic chuck, manual chuck, manual tailstock and hydraulic tailstock are available for your choice.
The surface of the bedways is supersonic frequency hardened and precision ground with a long service life.
The spindle bore size is 80mm.The spindle system is high in the rigidity and accuracy, there is no vibration when turning with a cutting depth of 8mm. An inverter is used to realize variable speed.
