Ball-shaped lollipop packing machine is the necessary equipment for packing ball-shaped lollipop in large, middle-sized and small food factories. It is featured by reasonable structure design, convenient operation and good tightness. BM-BBJ-II ball-shaped lollipop packing machine is mainly made up of automatic candy unscrambling mechanism, automatic package paper color patch tracking system, standard pliers lollipop conveying chain, paper wrapping mechanism, package knot core rotary disk headpiece and heat sealing twisting mechanism. In addition, with advanced technology, stable performance and high cost-performance ratio, it not only reduces lot of labors for packing, but also improving the candy sanitation standard and packing quality, greatly improving the production efficiency of the company.
Performance Features:
-The color patch tracking system of the trademark calibrator is controlled by the micro computer, accurate and reliable. The operations of paper feeding, paper wrapping, heat sealing and twisting are coordinative. The packed lollipop has beautiful and tidy appearance as well as good tightness.
-The electric control system has photoelectrical tracking function. The paper feeding will be stopped when empty candy appears, saving paper. In addition, even curved, the paper can wrap the candy as usual.
- It adopts stepping motor, able to change paper feeding speed according to machine running speed; good performance.
- It adopts imported frequency transformer, PLC and rotary coder as well as photoelectric switch and human-machine interface.
- Humane design, simple operation and convenient maintenance.
