The Driving Motor is the executive component of the automatic control system, it works with the simple push of a button. The motor we use for our CNC engraver can be steping motor/ Servo motor, and the brand is optional. |

| Frequency Converter | |||
|
The frequency converter is an equipment to control the AC motor by adjusting the frequency of the motor power. So it can offer actual voltage to the motor as per the practical need of motor, to make sure of energy conservation and speed regulation. Besides, the converter can protect the motor from over current, over voltage, overloaded, etc. Each spindle motor is connected with a independent frequency converter, it's more safe and timeproof. | ||

There are two kinds of spindle: Water cooling and Air cooling spindles. And with different power options: 1.5KW/ 2.2KW/ 3.0KW/ 4.5KW, etc. With AC220V voltage, and speed can be 0-24000(R/Min). The output voltage and frequency can be adjusted timely by a frequency converter. Advantage: work with high frequency, stable, low noise, fast heat dissipation, and long operating life. |

| Dual screw-nut anti-gap rod | |||

The ball screw is an element to change the movements of the bearing from sliding to rolling. There are many roll balls between the screw shaft and the screw nut, and the balls rolling fast when the machine working. For the coefficient of rolling friction is smaller, the positioning accuracy is much higher. The accuracy of ball screw is higher than linear guide rail, and we have different brands optional. | ||
