4) the plates fall horizontally to give true double contact freezing. Once the freezing cycle is completed, the plates are lifted and opened, and then the product can be unloaded; After fresh product is loaded, the whole cycle can be continuous; 
5) Small space and easy to install and operate, PU foamed and stainless steel cabinet which is beautiful and easy to clean. 
6) The accessories is made of stainless steel which has high antisepsis capacity hydraulic lifting system and aluminum-alloy plates with double contact freezing which has a high freezing capacity; 
7) Aluminum alloy plates evaporator direct contact products by tow of hydraulic system, and between plates have a certain pressed force. 
8) The plate freezer has some advantages, such as quick freeze, high efficiency, energy conservation, good hygienic condition, cover small space, can be operated at room temperature. It can be maximum reduce the weight loss for food to preserve the freshness of food. 
9) Aluminum alloy plates are made of special extrusion aluminum-magnesium alloy. Light weight, Smooth finish, reasonable structure, good conductivity, 

corrosion resistance strong. 
10) The insulated cabinet is high strength frame structure which filled PU foamed to ensure non-deformation under high pressure. Both inside and outside are made of stainless steel SUS304 which is thickness of 1mm. 
11) The top plate is connected to the oil cylinder by tow frame. Liquid supply pipe and air return pipe which are made of stainless steel SUS304 metal hose are connected to the total pipeline. Joint gasket seals are used PTFE. 
12) Door hinge and other accessories are made of stainless steel SUS304, which is beautiful and durable. The freezer is adopted folding door, open flexibly. Sponge rubber seal around the door prevent freezing air to leak.
