Vibration Eliminator   Corrugated Metel Hose is a welded assemdly of corrugated metal hose, metal connector, braided metallic wire sleeve, metal clamping ring and red copper tube.
· VAF Vibration Resistant Corrugated Metel Hose is a vibration resistant connection piece to be used to prevent the piping from break caused by vibration.
· VAF Vibration Resistant Corrugated Metel Hose is used on the suction piping and exhaust piping of a compressor iin the refrigeration, cold storage and air conditioning unit.
· Installation Mode: ODS connection soldering is used.

Features:

· VAF Vibration Resistant Corrugated Metel Hose improves the vibration damping ability as its stainless steel annularly corrugated hose has excellent elasticity and vibration damping ability.
· For the assembly of VAF vibration resistant corrugated metal hose, at first press the corrugated metal hose into the stainless steel connector and weld them together by argon shielded arc welding. Then cover the stainless steel wire sleeve on it and clamp and fix it by the stainless steel clamping ring. Weld the metal connector, the braided metal wire sleeve and the metal clamping ring into one by argon shielded arc welding. Finally, press the red copper tube into the metal connector and weld them together by argon shielded arc welding. VAF vibration resistant corrugated metal hose features safety, high mechanical strength, corrosion resistance and heat-resistant as well as low noise and perfect vibration resistant and good compensation for the heat displacement, installation deviation and foundation settlement.
