YTG Series Mobile Lifting Feeder

Main Application:

The mobile retractable lifting feeder of YTG series is used to convey,lift and feed solid material,such as powder,granules and etc.In the pharmaceutical industry,it can equip with mixer,pelletizer,tablet machine,sugar coating machine and capsule filler for transferring material to nest process.So it optimizes the process of granule manufacturing and efficiently reduces dust and cross pollution.This ideal conveying machine achieves the standard of GMP.

Operating Principle:

This machine consists mobile underpan, pole,hydraulic lift system and turning hopper.When it works,cone and hopper interlocks to trigger hydraulic lift system.Cone container can turn over 180°.Mobile underpan can be docking with the material entrance in the next process.The height from the ground to the discharge hole is 1.8m and the height of the machine is 1.95m.It is easy to move in the factory and widely used in different workshop.

Feature:

The machine is made of stainless steel,there is no dead convene and concave surface,or screw in the exposed part.So it is convenient to clean.

The hopper has adopted sealing system and there is no dust or leakage when the bucket turns down,so the dust and cross pollution are efficiently controlled.

It is designed with the oil storage tank to prevent the hydraulic oil from polluting the clean area.
