Main Application:
FLB Series Boiling Mixer Granulator Dryer is used to mix powder,dry and granulate it and coat in the industry of pharmaceutical,foodstuff and chemical.
Granulating:Tablet,instant soluble medicine,granules for capsule.
Coating:Granules,pill’s protecting layer,slow release layer,thin-film,enteric coating.
Feature:It produces particles with powders so as to improve the fluidity and reduce flying dusts.
It produces particles with powders so as to improve the solubility of the granules.
Mixing Granulating Drying 3 processes complete in one machine.
It adopts anti-static filter,safe operation is guaranteed.
There are pressure releasing holes to guarantee operating security.
The machine is designed according to GMP standard and made of stainless steel.The advantages of it are no blind spot,loading and discharging material easily and quickly,easy cleaning.
Operating Principle:
Powder flows in a cycle shape in the material container(fluidized bed).It is pre-heated by clean air and adhesive solution spays into the powder with the clean air together.Powder particles coalesce into granules and get dry.It has the feature of micro holes on the ball-shaped porous particles.
