Xinanfenti Vacuum Harrow Dryer
Operating Principle:
Model ZKG internal heat Vacuum Harrow Dryer is a horizontal batch type vecuum dryer.Moist material goes through the cylinder and gets heated.
Stirrer with squeegee removes material on the heat surface and form material to be a cycling flow.Steam will be pumped out by vacuum pump.
Feature:
Well sealed interlayer is designed for heat carriers,heat transfer surface of the interlayer is large.
Stirrer is installed to form material to be a cycling flow,and to achieve even heat.
With stirrer,this machine can dry mushy,pasty,and creamy material.
Main application:
This dryer is suitable for drying heat sensitive raw materials that can decompose or polymerize or deteriorate at high temperature.
Raw material are easy to oxidize,explode or toxic.
The solvent in raw material can be recycled.
