YTZ5507TQZ40E - Performance Advantages
Application of 10*4 drive and 50-ton chassis. Apply 10*4 drive and 50-ton dedicated chassis for ultra-heavy-duty wrecker manufacured by the China National Heavy Duty Truck Group, which is the doemstic initiative,
characterized by stable performance, replacing by the imported chassis. Meanwhile, the vehicle is cost-effective, and the payback period is half compared with that of the imported chassis, so as to create greater economic benefits for the user.
The in-situ lifting mass of the corbel is up to 35 tons. The lifting mass is 12.8 tons under full extension state, and the maximum lifting length is 3.78m, which is able to fully satisfy the lifting and traction requirements of large cargo truck. The maximum hoisting mass of the suspension arm is up to 45 tons.
The maximum hoisting height is up to 6 meters, equipped with two sets of 15-tons planetary gear hydraulic winch, and the single rope tension is up to 150KN, which is able to satisfy the requirements of long-distance dragging and short-distance righting for large accident trucks.
The multi-way reversing valve, balance valve, sealing elements, etc., of the hydraulic system are made of imported components, characterized by stable quality, and able to ensure safety and reliable operation of the vehicle for a long time.
