YUTONG Truck-Mounted Crane
The truck with loading crane whose key components are imported original products is a newly developed yutong special purpose vehicle with such advantages as high reliability, strong hoisting and loading ability, reasonable design and easy operation. It can be widely used in the traffic and transport, civil engineering, electric power, petroleum, stone industry and dock for loading and unloading of goods, resye and long-distance freight transfer.
1. Hexagonal boom technology provides great centering performance and high flexural strength; the complete machine features high strength and low weight; the complete machine is made of high-strength special steel, greatly increasing the hoisting capacity;
2. Strong undercarriage and turntable; the turntable is 10% larger than those manufactured by other manufacturers, increasing the hoisting safety and capacity and extending the service life;
3. The design of 360 ° full-rotating facilitates the usage and maximizes the working efficiency.
4. Truck-mounted crane is easy to operate. Operating levers are installed at both sides of the crane frame, in order to facilitate operation by users at different sides; the operation of standard lever is extremely easy without operation fatigue. On each operating lever, visualized marks are posted for easy operation.
5. Booms adopt synchronous retraction mode which features high speed, high efficiency and increases hoisting capacity and extends crane's service life.
6. Large displacement oil pump is used. When the engine is running at idle, the operating device can run quickly, therefore saving energy and fuel, and creating greater value for the customer.
7. Hydraulic system can be interlocked when the operator gets on and off the crane, in order to avoid misoperation and ensure safe and reliable operation.
8. Optimized high-level sub-frame structure improves the strength of the frame.
9. Through cooperation with chassis manufacturers such as Dongfeng, the chassis performance parameters are matched with the crane performance parameters more reasonably, greatly increasing the overall operation performance of the crane.
