Technical characteristic
1. YT8F*-type auto cranes are of high configuration, with strong overweight performance, good stability, fuel economy and environmental protection, as well as the best cost performance in the industry.
2. The maximum hoisting height of three main lifting arms is up to 17.9 meters, being in the leading position in the industry and applicable to various conditions;
3. The main hoisting arms are with good structural rigidity and aligning effect, which can ensure the full play of lifting capacity;
4. The main hoisting arms are made of 700Mpa high strength structural steel plate and shaped via whole-process cold shaping, avoiding the partial loss of strength in processing;
5. Overlapping parts of the front and rear lifting arms take uniform pressure, which minimizes stress concentration to the largest extent;
6. The compact arm head and hanging head structure is easier for maintenance, making the cutting scope of lifting points greater;
7. The inner contact pivoting support is adopted, being artistic in appearance and protective for tooth surface from impact damage and abrasion;
8. Overall optimized upper hydraulic system of the vehicle is agile and reliable, with good fretting performance, small system overflow losses and being energy-saving and efficient;
9. The lift of weights, rotation, luffing and slewing can be operated simultaneously, being easy to operate;
10. The overall layout is compact, high-speed, flexible, attractive in appearance and easy in maintenance;
11. The load moment limiter, hoist overwinding and winding anti-over-discharge device are configured, which is safe, reliable and helpful in reducing the operating pressure;
12. Optional high-power warm air system in upper control room will be provided, which is suitable for the operational requirements in frigid areas in winter.
