1.The impact wheel, which is a working device of 6830 impact roller compactor, adopts a structure of non-cylindrical rolling body. During the rolling process, a point which is farthest from the axle center will store potential energy and instantaneous kinetic energy. When this point is down to the ground, its stored potential energy and instantaneous kinetic energy will be translated into kinetic energy as this point has become the one which is nearest to the axle center. Such kinetic energy, together with instantaneously released hydraulic energy of energy accumulator, will impact the ground and reach the purpose of pressing the ground. |
2.The powerful impact energy impacts the ground. Meanwhile, the counterforce of ground will be transmitted to the axles, frame and towing vehicle. Multi-level buffer structure becomes necessary: buffer spring is used at the axis of traction; cushion rubber is used at the position of rocker arm limiting stopper; buffer cylinder and energy storing device are used at the other end of the rocker arm; rubber sleeve is used between the impact wheel and towing bracket; shock absorber is used to connect the impact wheel with the wheel hub, etc. Many buffering mechanisms greatly reduce the impact on the frame and towing vehicle. |
| 3.The hydraulic oil of hydraulic system of impact compactor comes from the hydraulic circuit of towing vehicle. Through quick-change connector, the hydraulic system of the impact compactor can be connected to the hydraulic circuit of towing vehicle. The usage is safe and the demolition and connection is easy and quick. |
4.Through operating the lift cylinder, the impact wheel will be lifted off the ground. At this time, the rubber tires are down to the ground and the frame will bear all the weight. Then, the towing vehicle can drag the impact compactor to make a short-distance movement. Such a behavior will not damage the ground. |
