Flexible, efficient, high-unloading----implementor of extraordinary value
The whole machine is equipped with Weichai Phase-II supercharged engine which has excellent performance in the industry. With large power and low fuel consumption, the engine has reliable quality and is economical and practical. Also, the whole machine is equipped with hydraulic power-shift gearbox which is produced by Hangzhou Advance Gearbox and heavy loading drive axle, both of which have reliable quality and superior performance in the industry. The whole machine has strong power and enough horsepower and can work hard, so it is highly appreciated by users.
The vehicle frame is arranged symmetrically and the steering force is small, so the steering is easy and flexible; a standard 3450 unloading height is provided to achieve a unloading with higher height; due to optimized moving point of working device of single rocker arm, 10.8 s of sum time of three items and 170 kN breakout force, the unloading speed is quick and unloading force is large.
Working device of single rocker arm is optimized, motion is smooth, force transmission ratio is large and the bucket can lay flat automatically.
Due to wear-resistant blades and bucket teeth, the service life of bucket becomes longer;
“C”-shaped protecting bush is used at the hinge joint of hinge pin, which has good dustproof effect and makes the hinge joint of hinge pin more wearable.
The hydraulic pipeline adopts “Cone-Ο” double seal meeting German DIN standards, with good leakproofness and strong capacity of anti-leakage;
