Properties
1. Man-machine interface and CNC technology present high automation, and complete on-off, lock, lift and drop of door and automatic pressurizing, pressure relief and decompression supplement of hydraulic cylinder at all directions by computer according to data in touch screen menu.
2. Pressure sensor, location sensor and photoelectric sensor can detect and feed back various signals, programmable controller takes charge of protocol communication data exchange between main station and slave station, computing control over coordination and time of side pressurization and forward pressure in butt joint to adapt to stress trend and flexural modulus of timber, and control over fluctuation range of hydraulic pressure to ensure quality of jointed board.
3. Numerical control over pressure at two ends and intermittent pressurizing of cylinders at two ends keeping set difference value with center pressure can avoid sloping shoulders of jointed board.
4. Worktable with high geometric accuracy is able to control flatness and verticality within dozens of decimillimeters, further ensuring quality of jointed board.
5. Parts directly contacting with board glue such as rib plate and presser foot of worktable are coated with non-sticking protective layer which prevents glue residue on the surface to affect flatness of board, and greatly reduces time for cleaning in shutdown.
6. Butt joint quality is stable, and it can synchronously finish the hydraulic action, action pressure, pressure time, pressure fluctuation range and butt joint time of all working faces. Computer control over quality of jointed board can get rid of instable quality resulted from human factors including fatigue, distraction and temporary work of operators or quality fluctuation caused by different standards.
7. It has low labor intensity. As operators relieve from complicated control and conversion between the manual valve and pedal valve at right time, just by pressing the button to give orders, operators are able to observe and adjust (knock) flatness of jointed board, thus, they take more time to carry out gluing or material loading or unloading, ensuring stable quality of jointed board.
8. Safety factor is high. The advanced integrated hydraulic lock engineering cylinder can lift the door safely and reliably, never cause free door falling even when pressure leaks suddenly. Alarms for lift and falling of door and rotation can remind workers, and the unique electric locker and detection sensor can make operation safe and reliable.
9. It has convenient maintenance and repair. There are corresponding indicators for each action of machine, and help information on the color display screen of man-machine interface, clicking it to enter the manual-including “Introduction on Functions of Operational Keys”, “Adjustment and Setting”, “Safety Rules”, “Operation Methods”, “Cautions”, “Care and Maintenance” and “Fault and Elimination Methods” and reading it are useful for rapid career training, safety production, and maintenance. Once there is fault, operator can find out fault point by “Help” menu, then clear it, ensuring normal production and even avoiding fault pervasion and loss due to careless trace of fault.
