Specification:
1. Wave-shape Apron conveyor belt always work together with the wave-shape Apron transfers system, normally the angle is more than 30o, it also could work together with the common use belt conveyor for the horizontal and short distance transportation (No clapboard generally).
2. Wave-shape Apron conveyor belt uses the baseband, flange and diaphragm (it is not necessary in the horizontal transportation) that the trough degree no greater than 0.03, and after twice sulfuration it could be made.
3. Wave-shape Apron conveyor belt using the technics of twice sulfuration compared to the similar products using the gluing process, has the advantages of high bonding degree and splendid flexibility, it could avoid the phenomenon of flange, clapboard cracking and fall off etc.
4. Owing to space limitation or in case of lifting materials at large slope, raised edge conveyor belt is often used to prevent scatter of conveyed materials, It is suitable of conveying materials at a large slope from 0 degree to 90 degrees.
