 F.R. Grade belts are specifically designed to prevent them from gaseous sparking contents, having ambient temperatures, where there is always a constant fear of occurrence of any hazard. The Rubber Covers of FR Grade Belts are specially made from EPDM rubbers, which within itself has a very high tendency to absorb and resist high temperatures, in order to ensure the Fire Retardant Properties of these F R Belts. F.R. Grade Belts Convey Coal towards Bunkers and Coal-Crushing Sections of Furnaces of Sinter and Smelter Plants of Steel & Alloys Rolling Plants and mainly for Thermal Power Generation purposes, Conveying Fly Ash from Furnaces of Coal Based Captive Power Plants and Super Thermal Power Stations.

Features:  

1. It Suitable for conveying hot material like powder or clump materials at high temperature.
2. Ideal for conveying sintered ores, cokes, soda ash, chemical fertilizer, slag and foundry.
3. It can resist high temperature.
4. The rubber compound used in the cover have been designed to avoid premature aging due to contact with any source of heat.
5. Heat resistant conveyor belt can be divided into three types according to working temperature range: HRT-1 ≤100°C, HRT-2≤125°C, HRT-3≤150°C.
