Feature & function:
This production line is ideal equipment for recycled plastic pelletizing, e.g. PE, PP film scrap, HDPE, PP industrial flakes,then into plastic pellet. This line is of new design, reasonable configuration, steady operation, low noise, low consumption and high output.
PP PE Water-cooling Strand Pelletizing Production Line ----Detailed description :
1. Conveyor:convey PP PE film or flakes into compactor.
2. PP PE film force feeding machine:force feed film chips,rigid scraps into extruder,to make the the production capacity high and stable.
3.Extruding system:plasticizing material and exhausting gas.
4.High speed Net exchanging system and Die-head:filter material impurity,to make production more stable.
5.water ring pelletizing machine:cutting pellets in water.
6.Water tank:cooling pellets.
7.Dewater machine:make pellets dry.
8.Vibration sieve:remove bad pellet and keep good pellet.
9.Air Blower:convey good pellets into silo.
10:Storage silo:keep pellet.

1). Within one month, if the machine is of any big fails, we will send you a new machine.
2). Within one year, if you send back the equipment for repair, we will be responsible for the repair, including the changes of accessories; Both of them are free of charge.
3). After one years, we offer to repair the machine, but we quire for the cost of the changed parts, not for manual cost.
4). No responsibility for man-made destroy.
5). If the buyer has any questions from our technical department, we can supply on-line service Or we can send professional engineers to help you debug them.
