Product Description
The aluminum curtain wall adopt superior high strength aluminum sheets raw material, model 3003 with Temper H24. Common thickness are 2.0,2.5,3.0mm. Pate curtain walls adopt high-quality and high strength aluminum plate. Its common height is 2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.0mm, and its model is 3003. And its state is H 24. Besides its general material’s maximum dimension is 1220*2400mm. Its structure is composed of front-panel, reinforced rib, and angle. Front-panel is directly flexed. Also can be stamped to form an angle bracket. It also can be formed by riveting angle bracket onth e panel’s flanging. Reinfored rib is jointed with electric welding bolt behind plate in order to from a firm structure. So, it strenthens aluminum curtain wall’s strength and rigidity, and ensures its flatness and ability to resist wind and shock during its long-term use. If need additional sound insulation and heat preservation effects, the special materials can be fixed inside the aluminum sheet.

JIANA Company utilize high precision rolling coater with excellent quality of coating layer, controlled by Programmable Logic Controller. Six coat, seven bake are finished by one time. To Strenthen the bonding between the aluminum alloy and coating layer, conversion treatment is used by German chemicals.
We own professional coating team, delicate production line, with the ability to produce coated aluminum coil of thickness 0.28-1.2mm, width maximum length 1480mm.
