Product Description
To assuare the flatness of the panel, JIANA company adopts numerical control bending technique and use the superior base Alu&Mn alloy-3003 and Alu&Mg alloy- 5052 material to produce Mesh Metal Ceiling. Thus, it has great performance in resisting outer impact force.
Characteristics
1. Mesh Metal Ceiling is light weight, good rigidity, high strength. Tensile strength is 100-280N/m²
2. Mesh Metal Ceiling has the function of weather resistance and anti-corrusion, because JIANA company uses the kynar-500 and hylur 500 as the base material of the PVDF paint.
3. Mesh Metal Ceiling has uniform color and diversified color choice.
4. Mesh Metal Ceiling is 100% recyclable, much higher recycling rate than other materials, such as wood, stone, ACP.

1. JIANA Decorative Materials Co., Ltd is a Chinese leading aluminum ceiling and coated aluminum coil manufacturer in South China, located in Shishan Town, Nanhai District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province of P.R. JIANA Company utilize high precision rolling coater with excellent quality of coating layer, controlled by Programmable Logic Controller. Six coat, seven bake are finished by one time. To Strenthen the bonding between the aluminum alloy and coating layer, conversion treatment is used by German chemicals.
We own professional coating team, delicate production line, with the ability to produce coated aluminum coil of thickness 0.28-1.2mm, width maximum length 1480mm.
