Basic instructions:
1 . Automatic shutdown time: 30s
2.There are 4 kinds of state mode : measurement status, Statistics status, view data
status , calibration status.
A) Measurement status: display of measured values.
B)View data status :20 sets of historical data through.
C) Statistics status: maximum, minimum, average value.
D) Multi-point Calibration status :
F) Auto Calibration status : calibration measurements, and the gauge has 6 kinds of
calibration mode of 0.0 um, 50um, 100 um,250um ,500 um.
Key function instructions
K1 (+) function :
A :Short press K1 (+), When you in different status, it will show you different function as
below :
1) In the measurement status,short press “+”, the unit will be switch from um to mil .
2) In the view data status,short press “+”, it can turn up to show the data .
3)In the statistics status of “MAX” ,short press “+”,the background light will be off .
4)In the calibration status, short press”+”,it can switch 6 kinds of calibration mode of 0.0 um,
50um, 100 um,250um ,500 um in turn.
B: long press K1(+), When you in different status, it will show you different function as
below :
1)In the measurement status, long press “+”, it will enter to the multi-point calibration mode
2)In the view data status, long press “+”, delete a single data selected
3)In the statistics status of “MAX”, long press “+” , it could be light on /off the background
light, but if the screen is black one ,you can not see the data.
4)In the auto calibration status: exit the calibration status to the measuring status
K2 (MENU)function
A: short press K2(menu),When you in different status, it will show you different function as
below :
1)In the Non-calibration status: measurement status, view data status and statistics status
be switched in turn.
2)In the both of auto and multi-point calibration status: exit the calibration status to the view
data status
B: long press K2(menu),When you in different status, it will show you different function as
below :
1)In the auto measurement status: enter the auto calibration status
3)In the statistics status and View data status: invalid
K3 (-)function
A: short press K3 (-)
1)View data status: turn down to show the data
2)Statistics status: invalid
3)The calibration status: switch 6 kinds of calibration mode of 0.0 um, 50um, 100
um,250um ,500 um in turn .
B: long pressK3 (-):
1)In the Measurement status: restore factory (it will removal of historical data and the
calibration parameters) .
2)In the View data status: clear the historical data (including 20 measurements, the
maximum, minimum and average), the calibration parameters keep constant.
3)In the Statistics status: invalid
4)In the calibration status: exit the calibration status to the measuring status
5 pcs gauges you received are with sample package. Now there are 2 types of regular package:
(1) 1 complete set of gauge package: 1 pcs gauge, 1 set calibration, 1 instruction, 1 black glasses box.
(2) 5 complete sets of gauge package: 5 pcs gauge, 5 sets calibration, 5 instructions, 5 black glasses boxes, 1 white carton box whose outside is with the color cover.
