Direct Cooling 1T/24h Block Ice Machine
This SDBB-1TR4 is new design of direct cooling system instead of traditional brine based system. We found that direct cooling block ice machine is popular among customers. From discussion with clients, customer has a high requirements for the quality of block ice.
But we can tell you that direct cooling block ice machine can save ice making time, ice doffing time, save labor, many advantages. By the way, this direct cooling type is able to produce etable block ice if water is clean enough.
This innovative direct cooling/direct refrigeration/direct freezing block ice machine using aluminum freezing plates. The material is completely conforms to food standards.
Advantage of Direct Cooling Block Ice Machine
*The operation is very simple, just adding water, making ice, shedding ice, moving ice. You can do all without other auxiliary equipment.
* The direct cooling block ice machine occupies small space, beacuase the evaporator and ice machine merge into an organic whole.You don't need to install, just make sure power ready.
* The speed of making ice is fast. The weight of ice can be designed according to your demand.
* The evaporator is made of alumium plate, so it is very ckean. And you don't need to add salt, so have no corrosion.
* The block ice is hard and completely solid. And the whole of block ice is very white.
* It is very easy to hadle, without any training, also no dangerous.

The evaporator adopts special aluminum alloy plate which is more durable and meets food hygiene requirements.
Energy saving: Direct Cooling series need less power than Brine Tank series.
Ice thawing and ice doffing are fully automatic; therefore no manual work is needed. The efficiency of this process guarantees time-saving.
The ice is doffed by batch and the whole ice-doffing process only takes 25 minutes.
The whole batch of ice blocks can be moved by forklift. Quick and convenient.
Module design makes the ice maker easy to transport, move and install.
Every direct cooling block ice machine can be designed and produced according to customer specific requirements.
The direct cooling block ice maker machine can be installed in 20ft or 40ft new container with other relevant equipments.
Installation:
1). Installing by the user: we will tested and install well the machine before shipment, all necessary spare parts and operation manual are provided to guide the installation.
2). Installing by SINDEICE engineers:
(1) We can send our engineer to assist the installation and provide technical support and train your workers. The end-user provide accommodation and round-trip ticket for our engineer.
(2) Before our engineer arrived in your site, the installation place, electricity, water and installation tools should be ready. Meanwhile, we will provide you a Tool List with the machine when delivery.
Q1: What are the payment terms?
A: We usually accept payment by T/T, L/C.
Normally, we accept 30% Deposit and 70% balance paid before delivery.
Q2 : Can any of the products be custom imprinted?
A: If you need to print your company logo on the products and that is available to be custom. Or if you have your own designed idea and that will be our honor to ustomize for you.
Q3: How to ensure that I received the machine undamaged?
A: At first , our package is standard for shipping, before packing, we will confirm product undamaged, otherwise, please contact within 2days. Because we've bought insurance for you, we or shipping company will be responsible!
Q4: Do I need to install the ice machine by myself?
A: For small ice machine, we ship it as a whole unit. So you just need to prepare power and water to run the machine.
For some larger ice machine plant, we need to keep some components seperate for shipping convenience. But no worris about that. An installation brochure will be sent to you,it's very to install the machine.
Q5:What is the warranty for flake ice machine?
A: 18 months after B/L date. Any failure occurred within this period due to our responsibility, we'll supply you the spare parts for free and permanent technical support &consultation all life long for our flake ice machines.
