Station 1
Bag feeding
Feed many pouches or bags in the bag magazine, our main bag magazine can move up and down, you can feed bags very easily when it moved down, and when it moved up, there are a mechanical arm with two vacuum caps will take bag up and then transmit it to the mechanical gripper on the rotary table.

Date Printing (option)
Station 3
Opening
To open stand pouches from top and bottom with two sets vacuum caps.
Station 4
Filling
Measured its weight or volume by scales.
There are an opening detection device insert into the open bag or pouch to expanding it and detect if it is open or not.No open no filling no sealing
Station 5
Sealing
To seal the pouch or bag mouth with a couple of heat sealing air bar, the sealing pattern you can option, net or straight lines
Station 6
Forming and output
To make the sealing stable and preventing from wrinkling with a couple of cold press, then output the finished production automatically.

Measured its volume by MRFJ-2000, its volume can be adjusted by a handle and the cylinder. There are an opening detection device insert into the open bag or pouch to expanding it and detect if it is open or not. No open no filling no sealing

To seal the pouch or bag mouth with a couple of heat sealing air bar, the sealing pattern you can option, net or straight lines

Seal the second time to make the sealing more perfectly.

Machine stop or alarm when the air pressure is abnormal

Control panel locate on the right side top of the machine
Outside of the machine and all the parts which touch production all made by stainless steel.
There are several safety doors made by aluminum Profile Frame.
Machine surface can be wash by water and brush by cloth.
