Our company has introduced into Germany advanced pellet pressing technology,Through continuous improvement and inovation,we have successfully invented ORB high rank series Taper-shape roller flat-die pellet mills specially for pellets,brick,briquettes making,which is confirment to the world market of renewable compression biomass energy demand.
Characteristic:
1,The roller adopt Taper-shape to make both ends line-speed consistent to die-inner and die outer,so it avoids dislocation friction between rollers and dies,so that the resistance is reduced,accordingly the energy consumption reduced,die lifetime is enlarged.This is significant difference between the similar compression formation machinery.
2,It adopts screw-center adjusting pressure structure,the press rollers gap can be adjusted small or big,so it can meet the different materials demand and make sure the pelleting effect.
3,This series models adopt the structure of big body and broad groove.Wood sawdust,stalk requires bigger pressure,so the pressed roller is the heart of the press machine.Compared to other congeneric machines,Tape Roller has his own advatage of enlarging the pressed roller.
