1. Instruction of the Strong disperser:
1) The lab disperser is a good choices, which designed for mixing, vulcanization,
nitration, sulfonation, hydrogenation, dehydration in viscous fluid.
2) The lab disperser has 3 motors & 1 reducer. 2 high speed motor to cut the material.
The motor in center has reducer to output a big moment of force,its rotate E type blades
is designed for scraping the wall and the bottom.
3) The lab disperser has special seal structure to keep inside low up to -0.096Mpa.
4) There is a double layer jacket type movable vessels.The heat transfer media can
be chosen by thermal oil, water or steam.
5) The material mixing in the movable vessel, when it finished push it out.
6) The discharging mode are:YLJ series hydraulic discharging machine or ball valve.
7) There are variety of equipments can be installed such as: stroke control,
safety control, measurement, temperature Pt-Rh sensor, etc.
8) In default the steel is SUS304+Q235.The motor capacity will be selected according
to the viscosity of the material.
9) Other issues will be designed according to the best solution.
