This test-bed is mainlycomposed of control cabinet; work station of two parts, the main components ofthe equipment is imported components. The control cabinet is embedded withwater supply system and electrical system, mainly includes: transmittingsystem, multi-level inverter stainless steel pressure sensor system, variablespeed pump voltage stabilizing system, touch screen, PLC control system, etc.
Flow pressure device: using imported Denmark Grandfosmulti-stage vertical centrifugal pump for water pump, the brand which canadjust the flow rate and pressure transducers and cooperate with the importbuffer tank, flow stability, no pulsation pressure;
Life test: a high performance step motor as the test drive,accurately adjust switch and ball head position and cooperate withhigh-precision photoelectric encoder in position feedback, completely closedloop test, safe and reliable
Thermal fatigue test: Germany imported electromagnetic valvestation flow and pressure control, flow and pressure switch accurate andreliable, longer life, reduced maintenance costs;
Data acquisition systems are high-precision flow and pressuresensors, accurate and reliable test data, more convincing.
The whole control system with high reliability PLC and 7"configuration control and touch screen operation, the operation simple,reliable and humanized operation interface, make the test personnel familiarwith the equipment in the shortest possible time.
