* 65mm screw / 15kw motor;

* Automatic Trimming: Neck/Bottom/Handle/Slides;
* Die-heads for choosing:
   Single die-head(1L to 2L) ---at 300pcs per hour;

   Double die-heads(500ML to 1L)---at 800pcs per hour;

   Triple die-heads(200ML to 500ML)---at 1500pcs per hour;

   Four die-heads(up to 200ML)---at 2500pcs per hour;

   Four die-heads---80mm;Triple die-heads---100mm;Two die-heads---160mm;

* Water Cooling: 20℃(3HP Water chiller)

Die-head

The die head is made by stainless steel S136H or high quality alloyed steel 38CrMoAIA with high hardness, strong corrosion resistance and long operating life after nitrogen treatment.

Clapming system

Platen clamping,Three tie-bar design, clamping by Pneumatic cylinders.

Drive System

Adopting the inverter controlling and alloy hard gear surface decelerator driving.

Automatic trimming

The machine equipped with automatic trimming system, resulting saving the labor cost at least 75% for one machine and guarantee the good quality continuously.
