1. Instruction for Installation and Debugging: 

Before delivery, TONVA takes responsible for debugging of machine, in order to make sure the 

provided machine could be safely and smoothly put into operation. 

TONVA also take responsibility to have debugging overseas, and Client abroad please sends  invitation forward of time to engineer of TONVA, provides the engineer with round-trip tickets,  accommodation, vehicle and USD80 per day for salary.

2. User Training: 

Before delivery, TONVA will take responsibility to indoctrinate technical training to the users so that  they could understand the machine features and could operate the machine by themselves.

3. Warranty Period: 

The warranty period for TONVA machine is one year with a life long maintenance. If the user 

requires special quality guarantee, other stipulated warranty period may be made after mutual 

agreement.

v Can the machine customized only for my products?

   Yes, most TONVA machines can be customized as per clients’ requirements, including the structure special design and brand of parts special request. 

v How about the molds ?

TONVA has its own mold manufacture company for injection and blowing mold. Machine and mold can be tested for samples and smooth matching before shipping. Mold raw material is various for optional.

v What is the business item for this project ?

  a. Delivery Date: within 65 days after receive the deposit and samples or drawing confirmed  by buyer and TONVA.

  b. Port of Loading: NINGBO, CHINA.

  c. Payment: 30% TT deposit, balance before shipment 

                          or 100% irrevocable L/C at sight.
