Basic Working Theory:

This kind of machine is accumulator die head, single station, equipped with PLC control system, operating manual in English, pure hydraulic operated, with MOOG 100points parison controller, running stable.

Die-head

The die head is made by stainless steel S136H or high quality alloyed steel 38CrMoAIA with high hardness,strong corrosion resistance and long operating life after nitrogen treatment.

Clapming system

Double tie rod hydraulic clamping,the structure is compact,effective mold size increase 25%.

PLC

Adopting PLC to control the action program of the whole machine.

Blowing System

The movements of blowing plasten in vertical level for blowing pin up and down and horizontal level for parison stretch are drive by hydraulic motor.

Before delivery, TONVA takes responsiblity for debugging of machine, in order to make sure provided machine could be safely and smoothly put into operation.

TONVA also take responsiblity to have debugging overseas, and clients aborad please first send invitation,then provide our engineer with round-trip tickets,accommodation,vehicle and USD80 per day for salary.

2,User Training:

Before delivery,TONVA will take responsibility to indoctrinate technical training to the users so that they could understand machines' features and could operate the machine by themselves.

3,Warranty Period:

The waranty period for TONVA machine is one year with a life long maintenance. If the user requires special quality guarantee, other stipulated warranty period may be made after mutual agreement.
