5.Gas Requirements of Natural Gas Genset
Within 1m from pressure regulating valve of gas intake
- The ratio of CH4 in natural gas ≥70%
- Pressure of natural gas: 80-200kpa, rate of pressure change ≤ 1kpa/min
- H2S ≤ 20mg/Nm3
- Impurity particle size ≤ 5μm, impurity content ≤ 30mg/Nm3
- Moisture content ≤ 40g/Nm3

1)How to choose the right model?
Firstly, depending on the loading equipment or the total power you need.
Secondly, depending on the hours the genset working per day.
Thirdly, depending on the LHV of the fuel gas.
Please consult us and we will recommend you the most suitable modell for your need.
2) What kind of gas could generate electricity?
We use the internal combustion engine. And the suitable gas are natural gas, biogas, syngas and LPG.
If the fuel gas is not the natural gas, please contact us and we will recommend you the suitable model based on the LHV of the fuel gas. And we will provide our professional suggestions.
3) What will be the electricity used for?
Please kindly tell us the electricity will be used for the loading equipment or for the grid. We will recommend the suitable model for the loading equipment and the suitable configuration for the grid.
4) Voltage and frequency required.
Necessary information could be supplied. Our standard configuration is 220/380V and 50/60HZ. Please contact us for other voltage and frequency. We will make the suitable proposal.
5) What is the consumption of the genset?
This will be based on the LHV of the fuel gas. Please contact us and we will provide you the exact data.
6) Warranty
1Year not including the quick-wear parts. But we could provide you some free parts with the genset.
