Specifications:
In order to adjust the delay time in a more convenient way, you need a choose a short-circuit cap (TIME_C)
remove shorting cap (TIME_C), it is 5 seconds delay, to delay from 5 seconds to 5 minutes , need put on the TIME_C shorting cap.
When the input signal 5-7V, POWER_C shorting cap plug;
7V-12V input signal when, POWER_C shorting cap removed.
