1,Housing

Hicool adopts the superior galvanized steel for the Housing,Which makes the Housing a high strength,light weight,super strong in water-proofing,

   Dirty-proofing and anticorrosive to suit for working in dark moist places well.

2,Motor

Hicool adopts high quality special motors,imported self-lubricating NSK bearing,All units can operate steadily with a low noise after strict dynamic balance calibration.All units with built-in temperature protector make all units a long service life.

3,Fan

 Hicool adopts super wide angle volutes,multiple blade centrifugal wind wheels made of superior galvanized steel.All units can operate steadily with a low noise after strict dynamic balance calibration.

 

4. Adopting superior stretching board which is punch forming,with spraying(galvanize or porcelain enamel) treatment,smooth,no weld gap,weld spot,good at anti-corrosion,full unit compression mould insulation,Wouldn’t break off,completely avoid the condensing water tray second leadage.

 Condensing water tray has a gradient,Whilst adopts two-way flow channel and low diversion port design,make the condensing water can flow out from condensing water tray fast.

Long condensing water tray design,can connect the condensing water from soft tube of system and solve the condensing water leakage problem completely.

Heatign conditions:inlet air DB=21°C,Inlet water temperature is 60°C.                                                                                                                                                                                                                       2,Noise condition: The noise is tested in anechoic chamber,1 meter far away from the front,top,bottom of the unit.                                                                    3,Standard static pressure of Veritical type,Horizontal exposed type,wall mounted unit are 12Pa.
