Installation

l Remove the back cover from the keypad using the supplied special screw driver

l Drill 2 holes on the wall for the Self tapping screws and I hole for the cable

l Put the supplied rubber bungs to into the two holes

l Fix the back cover firmly on the wall with 2 Self tapping screws

l Thread the cable through the cable hole

      Attach the keypad to the back cover.

There will be labour and parts cost charged if the warranty period is expired; 
If the product need to be renovated, there will be labour cost and handling cost in cured

If there is any special reason the product cannot be repaired, we will contact you to find out the solutions, 
if the products being out of the warranty period, there will be related service charges. 

Note: in the service process, 
because other accident causes the products cannot be according to the commitment as mentioned above, 
Crypton will contact you to find out the better solution.. 

 

4.After-sales service confirmation procedures

Please prepare the corresponding purchase invoice, warranty certificate. 

If you can't provide above mentioned documents, 
the product of free warranty period will be calculated 30 days after ex-factory date. 

If you cannot provide any warranty certificate, 
Crypton electronic will check the the production date for provide better warranty service. 

After maintenance service, the products will continue to enjoy the original warranty. 

If the date of after maintenance to free warranty period is less than three months, 
Crypton electronic will extend the free warranty up to three months.

Contruction wiring and Standard

1.The line of electric lock to controller, it’s recommended to use two-wire power line, the cross-sectional 

2.area of 1.0 mm2 or more. If over 50 meters, it’s considered to use more thick line or multiple parallel, 

3.the longest no more than 100 meters. 

The line of door sensor to controller, it’s recommended to use two-wire power line, 
the cross-sectional area of 0.22 mm2 or more If no need to know door open/close status online, 
or door long-time not close alarming, either illegal intrusion alarming, interlock function, etc., 
the door sensor can be without wiring.

 

4.TCP/IP communication line: It’s the same with computer network wiring, controller connecting to switch or HUB 

with ordinary network cable, distance less than 100meters. The longer distance, the higher quality requirement of cable.

5. 220V AC power cable: three-wire power supply, the cross-sectional area 1.0mm2 or more. 

It’s required that power supply must be grounded to prevent from power interference.
