1.What information should be supplied when inquiry price of screw and barrel?
a.Conical /parallel twin screw barrel - I.Extruder brand II.Model.
eg.Jwell 65/132,LSE80/156,KMD114/36,BEX90/22 etc.
b.Injection machine screw barrel - I.Injection machine model II.Screw diameter III.Type A,B or C.
c.Single extruder screw barrel - I.Plastic products II.Screw diameter & L/D
2.What information need supplied when confirm production drawing?
a.gearbox nameplate,if machine made in China,only supply gearbox nameplate,that we can confirm the production drawing.
If can not or not from China,it is best to supply:
nnection flanges size or barrel connection thread size
c.thermocouple holes location,qty & size
d.screw connection coupling size: I. screw end max.diameter II.Number of keys.

3.Which one is better for PVC profile?Bimetallic or Nitriding?
We suggest to use nitriding screw barrel for PVC profile to have better quality finished products.
4.How to choose screw barrel for injection machines?
For new/virgin plastic raw material,we suggest use nitriding ones.
For material with glass fiber less than 15%~30%,we suggest to do bimetallic screw and barrel.
For material with glass fiber more than 30%,we suggest to do tungsten bimetallic screw and barrel.
5.How about the guarantee of screw barrel?And life time?
Our normal guarantee is one year after date of departurement.Sometime,depends on real raw plastic material.
Life time is about 3~5 years for extruder single screw barrel,and around 20,000 work hours for PVC material.
Mostly,depends on real raw plastic material.
6.How to give good service?

Each screw barrel will be inspected twice before delivery.First inspection is before nitriding,the second time is after nitriding.
