Characteristic
1.Lasers is adopted with overall seal design, ensure the lasers will be not affected by dust pollution, greatly improving the reliability and stability of the lasers, thereby reducing the running cost;
2.Lasers is adopted the whole aluminum structure design, ensure the mechanical stability, installation and after services becoming more convenient;
3.Laser cavity design, screening of the core components, ensure the laser output mode is good, stable power, good laser beam quality (M2<3);
4.Installation and commissioning of all lasers in clean room, and passed aging test, to ensure it is more stable and reliable;
5.The whole machine consume less than 1.5Kw only;
6.Optional laser ouput power from 50W~100W, high precision chiller ensure that equipment can adapt to the harsh environment.
