Fabric Cutting Machine Auto Feeding
1. The auto feeding system is added to save time and cost, and to improve work efficiency.
2. Crawler correction device can prevent crawler belt dislocation when working.
3. Multi-layer feeding device is ready for users to process multi-layer cloth at the same time.
4. To meet the demand of cutting in large width, A series laser cutting machine adopts the machine tool-level chasis to ensure the stability and accuracy in high speed working.
5. The moving system adopts inner rail, matched up with the advanced DSP-controled 3-phase stepper motor to ensure the working accuracy.
6. New-style high efficiency laser tube is adopted. Laser beam is more stable than the traditional type. Usage age is more than 8000 hours!
7. Double laser head is option. We can make the machine with two head according your demand.
8. CCD is option. Automatic locating cutting machine with camera.
- The machine can get every edge of the objection and extend (entad or forth) expected distance, and then cut them. According to common knowledge, the fabric labels may a little different from each other, and adoption of this technology can solve this problem.
- Install 5 million pixel colorful camera. Can do accurately locating cutting for those edge-immovable objections. For example, it can accurately cut those distorted-not-much fabric labels.
- It is for exact picture cutting, like fabric label, embroidery cutting and so on.
- Adopt high quality CO2 laser tube, longer service life, the output is more stable.

2. What is the maintenance of the laser machine?
1. About laser tube:
When you do not use the machine, please let the water out from the output light side.
2. About water chiller:
When you put water into it, please keep water clean, we recommend that it needs 1-2 weekends to changed,it’s better to change the water
3. About the lens and mirrors:
Please keep the lens clean when you work with the machine, clean the lens every day or every day three times as per your work quantity.
