Specifications
This machine is specializing in slitting and rewinding the plastic film, paper, aluminium foil, laminated plastic film etcTechnical Requirement:
1)Used for cutting such rolled materials as BOPP, PET, CPP, PVC, aluminum foil and paper
2) Independent general control desk is fixed to ensure flexible and convenient operation
3)Independent master control system makes its more flexible and easy to operate
4)The unwinding unit adopts automatic position line (edge) controller, the photocell can track transparent materials and color line
5)The unwinding unit adopts magnetic powder brake to control the tension, The rewinding unit adopts magnetic powder clutch to control the tension
6) Wind blow system or rewinding system for waste edge is fixed
7) Automatic meter counter
8)Two cutting types: knife and round cutter(imported). Min. Cut Width: 10mm (knife); 30mm (round cutter)
9) Air shaft for rewinding rolle(2 pieces)
