1. Overview
In this system, 2160W solar module transfers the solar energy to electricity which charges the 24V battery through three 30A controllers. The battery bank can stock electric energy which then can be supplied, through an inverter, to the load.

1. Constitute
The system consists of 12pcs 180W solar modules, 3 solar charge controllers Solarix PRS3030, 12pcs 1200AH-2V batteries, 1 inverter SPHS3000-224 and other accessories.

3,System installation
1,Set the foundation well referring to the following diagram

4,Wiring follow diagram 5. The 6pcs solar module wire led into one junction box and led out in parallel.

6,Connect the terminals of battery outgoing wire, 2 junction box output wires (PV1&PV2), connection between load and distribution box. Then the installation is over. Layout in the distribution box and wiring.

4,Operation
1Switch on K1 and K2 and K3 (Refer to Diagram 1), the battery will be charged through the controllers.
2,Switch on K4 and the inverter, there comes AC output.
3,Switch on K5, Multi-purpose socket will have AC output.
5,System maintenance
1 Clean the solar modules with soft cloth or wash them every week or every month. Cover the solar modules with tarpaulin when there is sandy storm.
2,Check the bolts of the solar panel holder every 6 months.
3,Keep the battery far away from fire,and ensure that the batteries are with 30%capacity at least or there will be a discount on the life of the battery
4,Check the controller and the inverter every 6months.
