Main equipments in each section
1. cleaning part:
to clean out the middle and small impurity from maize. e.g., dust, stone, magnetic material, and so on. Includes beating, screening, destoner, magnetic separator and dampening.this section is make the maize/wheat to preparefor millling part and to protect the machinery as well.
(1)High efficiency vibratory sifter:
It is used in screening,cleaning and classifying for granule material of grain processing plant.It can remove the big,small and light impurities.It is simple structure,smoothness of operation,small size,light weight,low noise,low power consumption,cleaning effect is perfect.
(2)Gravity classification destoner:
It is designed specially for removing same size stones in the wheat, rice and other grains. It holds the good effect of stone removing and no dust escaping.
(3)Horizontal scourer:
It has features of smooth operation,low noise.They can effectively remove the dust,hair and shell of grains to impove cleaning effect.
(4)Dampener:
It is used to wet the grains to improve the toughness of the cortex which can maintain the intact of bran and improve the quality of finished product.
(5)Embryo selector:
It is used to extract embryo from the mixture of the materials.
(6)Corn peeling crusher:
It is used to deprive shell and embryo and crush maize grain into pieces.

2. milling part
Include different numbers of mills and sifters to mill the maize and separate the flour and bran
(1) Mill:
mill the grains to break the integrity by the roller moving
(2) Sifter:
to separate the flour and bran, also separate large size and small size to enssure flour quality.
(3)Purifier:
It is used for the precise classification of middle material to improve the quality of the finished product.This machine is smoothness of operation,convenient in maintance,low noise,no dust overflow.
(4)Bran brusher:
It is used to brush and peel bran to decrease the flour content in bran and increase extraction.

3. Packing part.
