We will pack your item carefully and safely to avoid any damage during transmit.
Shipping company
All parcels will be shipped by Hong Kong Post Air Mail Service. 

We can also ship your package by DHL or FedEx at EXTRA costs. Please contact us for DHL or FedEx shipping quotes.

 
Shipping Insurance
For shipping without insurance, we will not be responsible for parcel lost, damaged or stolen during delivery. If you would like to avoid these, please buy insurance. 
Customs and Duties
We ARE NOT responsible for any import tax or customs fees. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.Buyer cannot request to cancel the purchase or refund if you need to pay import tax or customs fees at your country.

Shipping address
In order for us to have PayPal seller protection, we only ship to address shown in your PayPal payment. We DO NOT ship to any other address requested by email or eBay message.

When will my order arrive?

However, for remote areas and certain countries (e.g. Brazil, France), shipping time will be much longer (more than 2 weeks).

Replacement items or refund must be settled within 30 days from the day the customers received the original item(s).
