Description
Steel Grating are manufactured with the pressure resistance welding machine by electro-forging the twisted square-steel into flat steel. The bearing bars running in one direction signifying the length of the gratings, are spaced by rigid attachment to cross rods running prependicular to the bearing bars representing the width. Strong welding points are thus secured.
Steel grating are classified into two styles namely plain style and serrated style as per the upper edges of bearing bars. More than 200 varieties are avaliable based on specificatins and spacing of bearing bars, and that of cross rods.

Features

(6)High strength:With strength:With strength and toughness far higher than those of cast iron,it can be used in the environment with large span and heavy load,such as the wharf and the airport.

Tolerance
The allowed deviation of length is +0/-5mm, while the allowed deviation of width is +/-5 mm.
The non-perpendicularity of bearing bar is allowed no more than 10% of width of bearing bar.
Cross bar surface should not surpass bearing bar surface 1mm, beginning & end of cross bar should not surpass the end surfaces of two sides of grating 2mm.
Packing
normally packed in pilling up ways with two pieces of square wood on both upperand bottom sides.there are four or six pieces of M10 long bolt penetrading the gratings and screwing together.it is suitable for loading and unloading by fork-lift and crane.
