1.General description of blood spray dryer:
LPG Centrifugal Spray Dryer is widely used in producing blood powder. Blood spray drying has three kinds: blood plasma spray drying, blood cell spray drying and whole blood spray drying. The designing of blood spray dryer is as follows:
1)Drying system type: Open circulation type
2)Feeding type: Screw pump (regulated by inverter)
3)Hot air contact way: Parallel flow
4)Heating source: Steam/ Steam + electricity/ Thermal oil/ Hot air furnace (gas, oil, coal, etc)
5)Product collecting type: Cyclone separator & Bag dust remover
6)Atomizing type: Centrifugal type atomizing
7)Control system: Touch screen & PLC
8)Air filter system: Pre, middle and sub-high efficient filter (100,000 degree)
2. General description of LPG Centrifugal Dryer:
Spray dryer is suitable for solution, suspension, slurry, paste material, etc. Liquid material is atomized to small fog drops. And fog drops contact with hot air directly in the drying tower. Moisture content is evaporated instantly. So spray dryer features high efficiency, high mass transfer area, and short drying time, in general it is 5~30 seconds. Operating temperature can be adjusted according to actual situation, in general inlet air temperature is 150~500°C. And its automation control degree is control, environment solution environment can be solved.
3. Features of BloodSpray Dryer:
- Quick drying speed, the surface area of material liquid through atomizing is increased greatly. In hot air stream, 95%~98% of moisture can be evaporated at moment. Particularly suitable to finish drying thermal sensitive material.
- The product made by the machine has good uniformity, fluidity, solubility, high purity, and high quality.
- The productive process is simple and the operation control is very convenient. For liquid containing is 40%~60% (for special material, may be 90%), it can be dried to powder product through drying one time. After dried, it is not necessary to crush and sieve. So it reduces productive procedure and raises the purity of product. For the size, bulk density and moisture of product can be adjusted within certain scope through changing operation condition. The control and management are very convenient.
4. Application of Blood Spray Dryer:
Foodstuff industry: Protein, milk powder, egg powder, blood powder, tea powder, soy sauce flavor, yeast, fruit powder, vegetable powder, collagen, non-diary creamer, acacia gum, carrageenan, mushroom powder, chicken power, Chinese herbal extract, etc
Ceramic industry: Alumina, zirconia, magnesium oxide, titanium oxide, magnesium titanate, pottery clay, china clay,
Chemical industry: Dispersed dyestuff, active dyestuff, organic catalyst, white carbon black, detergent powder, zinc sulfate, silicon dioxide, sodium metasilicate, potassium fluoride, calcium carbonate, potassium sulfate, and all kinds of waste liquid, etc.
