cooking oil machine plant pretreatment workshop
includes two parts, one is pretreatment line, the other is sesame seed oil press machine.
Pretreatment production line is for cleaning and adjusting texture of the materials , it can improve oil yield rate, reducing breakdown of the machines.
General speaking, the pretreatment machines include Magnetic drum, Cleaning sieves , sheller , Crusher , Flaking roll, Cooker, Softening pot , Puffing machine, and plate type drier. We usually accord to the customers' materials to collocate proper pretreatment production line.
cooking oil machine Solvent extraction plant
The method of oil extraction is extracting by solvent oil extraction process to extract cooking oil from pressing cakes or oil seeds after squeezed. The solvent extraction tech is adopting world advanced technology and equipment to achieve the best process effect.
Applicable for various kinds of raw material, like rice bran, soybean, peanut, sunflower, mustard, rapeseed, cotton, corn germ etc
sesame seed oil solvent extraction plant have 2 funtions
1. Used to extract the resid oil in the pressed oil material's cake, such as pressed sunflower seed cake, cotton seed cake, rapeseed cake, peanut seed cake etc, after being extracted, the resid oil in the cake can be lower then 1%.
2. Used to directly extract low oil content oil material(usually need to be pretreatment process first), such as soybean, rice bran, which oil content is lower then 20%. After being extracted, the resid oil in the material can be lowe then 1%.
(1).Roary extractor: Spray and soak the pre-pressed cake with solvent so that oil fats can be dissolved in solvent(form miscella and meal). After processing, you can get wet meal and miscella (mixed oil).
(2). DTDC: Usd to separate the solvent from the wet meal.
(3). Miscella tank 1st: pump the miscella (oil with solvent) in to the miscella 1st , and then add 10% saline water to it. The phospholipid and impurities in the miscella will react with the saline wter, at last the reactant precipitate, reaching the goal of purifying.
(4). Miscella tank 2nd: the purified miscella will be pumped into it.
(5). Miscella stripping: it will remove the remaining solvent in miscella. And the solvent will be discharged to condenser for recycling.
(6). condensers: used to cooling the solvent gas separated from the wet meal and miscella for recycling.
Crude cooking oil refinery machine.
Capacity:1 ton to 600 tons.
The popular capacity is mini crude oil refinery from 1-5 tons, small scale oil refinery from 5-20 tons and oil refinery from 20-600 tons.
raw materials: various edible crude oil. the oil refining machine can be customized according to customers'requrest.For example, rice bran oil refining machine, peanut oil refining/refinery machine, soybean oil refining machine, sunflower oil refining machine and so on. Now we have palm oil refinery plant which is installing in Congo.
Usually the cooking oil refinery includes three parts: deacidification, decolorization and deodorization. For palm oil refinery, it need the fractionation part to get different condensation point palm oil. for rice bran oil,sunflower oil and corn germ oil, it needs winterization part to move the wax in the crude oil. We can also provide waste cooking oil refining plant.
refinery production line is used for removing the harmful impurities in the crude oil ,which can effectively improve cooking oil quality .The oil loss is 3%-5% . There are more and more customers interested in this project now.
Main processes of refinery line :
A.Degumming section:
This is the most important section of hydrate de-gumming, the water (there is a little P-acid in water) amount, temperature and water adding speed are very important.
B.Deacidification section:
Using alkali like (NaOH) to neutralize FFA in oil, during this process it will produce soapstock , then separating it from the oil. NAOH solution not only neutralize free fatty acid, but also can act with other substances like protein, mucus, phospholipid, pigment. In the batch type and semi-continuous refinery , separating the nigre by sedimentation method . But in the continuous refinery , we usually using the centrifugal to separate the soapstock.
C.Decolorization Section:
Because there is pigment in crude oil, the oil color is dark. In order to improve oil color, we need to using the active clay to absorb the pigment away , then using vibrating filter to separate the waste clay. If you want to get light color oil, you need to add more active clay. Customer can accord to his requirement to control the oil color.
D.Deodorization and Dehydration Section:
General speaking , the crude oil smells not good, it will affect of oil storge and selling prices. So we usually use the direct steam to take odors. At the meanwhile, there is about 0.5% water content in refined oil, because the high temperature in the deodorization tower or pot, dehydration section is also finished in this part.
E. Filtering section:
After getting the deodored oil , in order to get the most purified cooking oil , we usually using the SS safety filter to filter refined oil once again.
F.Dewaxing section:
Because there is some wax in the sunflower oil , corn oil, rice bran oil , etc. , if you want to get the first grade cooking oil , de-waxing machine is required. It depends on the customer.
