China Automatic Label Sticking Machine
China Automatic Label Sticking Machine adopts non-drying-glue web of paper.During the course of conveying bottles vertically, the machine pulls label paper out and sticks it on the appointed position. The overall operation of this machine is responsible with no bottles left unlabeledly. It also features neatness and hygiene, mildew repellent, beautiful appearance after attaching a label, fastness, impossibility of falling off voluntarily and high efficiency etc. As a result of electric-mechanical integrated structure, the feeding-label device is controlled by stepping motor, which has functions such as no label conveying and no label sticking unless the existence of bottles.
Besides, China Automatic Label Sticking Machine is also equipped with heat transfer printer to ensure correct printing and clear type fonts. The controlling system adopts Siemens Programmable Logic Controller (PLC). Multicolor touch screen can be used for man-machine interaction.
1 . High quality servo motor, brake lock system to send standard , good stability, high labeling accuracy .
2 . Optional wheel down and stop when the label of a bottle inadequate ( just clear the alarm can be used normally ) , the label run out or shut off the alarm and standard time .
3. PLC with the man-machine interface , easy to read and easy to read , nice , fully functional.
4. 50 group labeling parameters memory for fast changeover into production .
5. The whole selection of SUS304 and anodized aluminum , in line with GMP requirements.
6 .The machine with optional printing device , replace the word tablets and ribbon quick and easy.
