Screw cap strength force tester is designed according to the relevant standards requirements of IEC60884-1, cl.14.23.2, used to detect whether the mechanical stress produced by the directly insert equipment with bolt to the socket under the normal use conditions (or with the bolt-shooting equipment is used in normal use to the outlet) is within the stated scope under the normal use conditions.
Digital display, to facilitate the observation and record, also the use of it is stable and reliable.
Fixed the test sample at the clamp of the tester, then rotate the test sample directly, for that you can measure the positive and negative torques. The tester provide a common measurement moments mouth.
Technical characteristics
1. The max measurement range: 0.1-~10N·m
2. Can setup the upper limit and over-limit alarm value.
3. Accuracy: 0.5% F.S
4. Digital display the torque measurement value and setup value, automatic latch the maximum torque value of each test.
5. The center distance between the insert surface and the balance arm pivot is 8mm.
6. When the measured value exceeds the setup upper limit, equipment will be alarmed by the sound and light alarm.
7. Size: 400×200×400mm
8. Install the small scale level ruler at the vertical and horizontal direction of the tester. Match with the adjustable horizontal rotary pin under the bottom of the tester.
