Our company Qingdao Sinostro Technology Co., Ltd (Qingdao Histro Steel Tower Co., Ltd) mainly produce all kinds of steel towers and steel structure, including electric transmission towers, telecommunication towers, radio towers, etc. Transmission Tower (Lattice Power Tower) is one of our main products.
Our company is situated in Beiguan Industrial Park in Jiaozhou, Qingdao, with the area of 120,000 square meters and the staff of more than 800, including 116 middle and superior technical professors. Our company is a comprehensive tower enterprise, always committed to the development and application of steel technology, specializing in the design, production and initialization of structural mast and steel structure.
Possessing modern CNC machining line, advance inspection equipment and perfect quality management system, our company forms the productive capacity of 100,000 tons of tower and steel structure. Previous planning, construction observation and produce acceptance are all conformed to international standards. The product has been widely applied in telecommunication, mobile, railway, electricity, transformation and broadcasting. Our business has spreaded more than 30 districts in China and other countries including Thailand, Chile, Span, Pakistan, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Liberia, Tanzania, Australia, Luxembourg, Norway, Russia, etc.
Please check the following our internal process:
Raw Material Test:
1. All of our material are purchased from famous mill factory to assure the quality
2. A mill certificate issued by the mill factory with stamp and signature must be provided before unload the material in our factory ,otherwise we have our reason to refuse the material.
3. Before put into production ,all the material must pass the chemical and physical analysis to make sure that they have meet the requested strength and components.
As an BV, ISO, SGS approved supplier in China, we have more than 15 years produce and export steel towers, and we can assure the products we offered is of sound quality which made from qualified material with our professional workers and advance equipment.
Trial Assembly:
To make sure no parts are missing, each tower type will be done with trial assembly before galvanizing:
Galvanizing:
We use hot dip galvanization treatment to protect the tower. The towers with zinc layer coating are more difficult to be damaged. There is a strong resistance to corrosion.
Steel strips shall be used to bundle tower body parts, a layer of plastic shall be placed between the steel strap and the steel angles to avoid damage to the galvanization.
