Answer: When you unpack the machine, please take photos for each step. After unpacking, if you find damages, please take photos also and send the photos of unpacking and damages to us at once. When it doesn’t work,you just need to take out your Phone to recording a video and send to me. We will figure out the reason and give you several solutions for the problems.
