This machine tool are used to expand cold-roll steel sheets
1This machine can do all kinds of expanded mesh which used in construction,Daily Hardware,Window ornament,machine shield & electronic product.
2The feeding principle is that the main machine can run exactly and stably through the direct transfer by gear wheel,ratchet wheel and cam wheel.
3The machine adopts the four-axis feed and turbine box drive feed.
4The feeding is that the feed shaft drives the longitudinal feeding by the four bevel gear, eccentric wheel, draw bar, worm and ratchet. Meanwhile, To promote the swinging cutter to act to left and right through the cam
Auxiliary part is used to lift the raw material sheet which is consists of several roller and tripod(design data can be offered by us,customers can make it themselves.)
1, Maintenance period: one year
We can send our technicist to the buyers’ place to debug the machine and providing the training
in 30 days after the machines arrive at the destination port.
2, The debugging fees: free
3, The training fees: First 7days is free , after that USD100/day for each technical
4, The numbers of technical persons: one technical person per machines at most.
5, The fees: round-trip tickets, accommodation etc, are all in buyers’ account.
6, During the maintenance period: the parts damaged non-artificially will be provided free of charge. If
buyers need the technicians,we will assign the technicalstaff to your company. And the fees ,

Question 1: How to make an order?
Answer: 1. Provide product specification and photos 2. Client makes 30% deposit or opens L/C after receiving our PI 3. Client approves our shipping 4. Arrange shipment 5. Supplier arranges necessary documents and send copy of these documents 6. Client finishes the balance payments 7. Supplier sends original documents or telex release the goods |

Question 2: I know nothing about the import, can you help me?
Answer: This will not be a problem. If you do not know how to import, our cooperated freight forwarder will help you to import. You only have to pay a small money to themand they will take careof everything. It is very easy and simple.

Question 3: What should I do if I find some damages on machine or it doesn’t work When I open its packing?
Answer: When you unpack the machine, please take photos for each step. After unpacking, if you find damages, please take photos also and send the photos of unpacking and damages to us at once. When it doesn’t work,you just need to takeout your Phone to recording a video and send to me. We will figure out the reasonand give you several solutionsfor the problems. (The common-used solution is that we make a new machine and transport to)
