Question 1 : How to make an order?
Answer : 1. Provide product specification and photos 2. Client makes 30% deposit or opens L/C after receiving our PI 3. Client approves our shipping 4. Arrange shipment 5. Supplier arranges necessary documents and send copy of these documents 6. Client finishes the balance payments 7. Supplier sends original documents or telex release the goods |

Question 2 : I know nothing about the import, can you help me?
Answer : This will not be a problem. If you do not know how to import, our cooperated freight forwarder will help you to import. You only have to pay a small money to them and they will take careof everything. It is very easy and simple.

Question 3 : What should I do if I find some damages on machine or it doesn ’ t work When I open its packing?
Answer : When you unpack the machine , please take photos for each step. After unpacking, if you find damages, please take photos also and send the photos of unpacking and damages to us at once. When it doesn ’ t work,you just need to take out your Phone to recording a video and send to me. We will figure out the reason and give you several solutions for the problems .
