PVC profile extrusion line:
1 Conical twin screw extruder:
1) Screw and barrel:
The screw and barrel adopt Germany technology. And they have been twice nitrided.
Material: 38CrMoALA
The barrel is equipped with a complete vacuum system and temperature control system.
The screw is equipped with a thermostat system.
2) Electric components:
Temperature control meters: imported RKC temperature control meters.
Inverter: ABB inverter.
Contactor and relay: Schneider.
Breaker: DELIXI
Other electric parts are all from the good electric parts manufactures.
3) Driving system:
Main motor: Siemens ACC motor
Motor speed regulator: ABB inverter.
Gear box: the gears are quenched and carburized and the gear box is equipped with a compulsive lubricating and cooling system.
4) Calibrated feeding device:
The speed is controlled by ABB inverter.
It could be controlled synchronously with the extruder.
2 Mold:
From one of a professional manufacturer in China.
3 Vacuum calibration table:
Main material: Stainless steel
Water pump and vacuum pump are from Shanghai YVLONG.
Electric components: from Schneider, DELIXI and so on.
Accurate water temperature controlling device.
4 Hauler
Type: caterpillar type.
Hauling motor: from DESEN ( Sino-Germany joint venture)
Gear Box: from DESEN ( Sino-Germany joint venture)
Speed regulator: ABB inverter.
Hauling rubber: nitrile rubber.
5 Cutter:
Type: Saw cutter.
Controlling device: PLC form LG
Length counting device: rotary encoder.
A dust collecting device is equipped.
Note: all the electric components are from manufacturers such as Siemens, Schneider, DELIXI and so on.
